How to Determine How Long CQ Has Been Running

The Apache Felix Console (called “Web Console” in CQ v5.6.1), provides information on how long CQ’s JVM has been up and running since its last restart.

This is available at /system/console/jmx/java.lang%3Atype%3DRuntime Look for the value of Uptime. It is in milliseconds.

E.g 439553 means 7.3 minutes

If you’re running Linux, the command uptime will report how long the OS instance has been up since its last restart.

E.g.

21:12:16 up 20 days, 6:07, 1 user, load average: 0.03, 0.18, 0.58
