Pre upgrade AEM maintenance tasks

Statement - Task to be performed, If you are planning to upgrade the existing server to a higher version

Solution:
Go to this JMX console: http://localhost:4502/system/console/jmx/com.adobe.aem.upgrade.prechecks%3Atype%3DPreUpgradeTasks

Click on runAllPreUpgradeTasks() Runs all the pre-upgrade maintenance tasks in short or you can individually
As shown in the below screenshot

In the console it shows which task is running
To Check the status of maintenance task state click on the getPreUpgradeTaskLastRunState()as shown in below screenshot.


Execute the tasks individually and availablePreUpgradeTasksNames

1. RevisionCleanupTask
2. WorkflowPurgeTask
3. com.day.cq.audit.impl.AuditLogMaintenanceTask
4. GenerateBundlesListFileTask
